The role offers ₹18000 - ₹28000 and involves managing customer calls, delivering outstanding customer service related to BPO. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing the right information, and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. A 12th Pass is required, and candidates must be open to working 5 days working during the Night shift.
