Job Description

Customer Service - Banking Process

  • Process - Inbound

  • Designation - Associate_ Customer service

  • Experience - Minimum 1yr experience required from Banking Process ( Inbound / Outbound ) from BPO Industry.

  • Skills Required -

  • Need candidates with banking experience and must be familiar with banking terms (Demand Draft, Cheque, Bankers Cheque, GST, OLTAS, Income-Tax etc, Corporate Banking, Retail Banking)

  • To handle bank customer queries/complaints and resolve the same over the call, using DB provided by client (SQL)

  • Languages - Excellent communication skills needed in English.

  • Qualification - Any Graduates

  • Shift - Day shift ( 8Am - 9pm ) Any 9 hours

  • Week Off - Sunday Fixed Off

  • Salary Range

  • ( 6 - 12Month Exp - 28K )

  • ( 12 - 23Month Exp - 33k )

  • Location - Belapur Navi Mumbai
