Job Description

  • Inform customers about product & services
  • Handle inbound & outbound calls
  • Understand customer's need & solve queries
Process: Banking Voice Process - PERMANENT HIRING

Qualification: Min 12th Pass

Experince: Fresher and Experience both can apply

Language: Language- English + Any one language (Konkani / Gujarati/Hindi/Bengali/Marathi/Punjabi/Tamil/Telugu/kannada/Malayalam)

Shifts: 6 am to 8 pm(any 9hrs) – Female ,
24X7 shift – Male (transport is available in odd hours till 30km radius)

Working and Week offs: 6days Working & 1 rotational week-off

Salary: CTC - 245000 to 375000 based on qualification and essperience

Working Location: Wing 1 & 2, near Oberoi Garden, Chandivali, Andheri East, Mumbai
