Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Care Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Provide detailed information about products and services.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
Requirements:
Education: Minimum HSC/Graduate in any field.
Experience: 0–2 years in customer service or a similar role. Freshers are welcome to apply.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Gujarati.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.
