Job Description

  • Inform customers about product & services
  • Handle inbound & outbound calls

Handle customer complaints promptly. Ensure cleanliness of restrooms and floors. Oversee parking area maintenance and ensure staff is trained to handle vehicles. Provide support to other departments as needed. Follow all company rules and policies. Collect and analyze customer feedback. Follow operations audit calendar and create action plans for improvement. Brief agency staff before shifts and conduct interdepartmental meetings for smooth operations. Train outsourced staff on grooming, mall FAQ, and communication skills.
