Job Title: Customer Support Representative

Location: Malad, Mumbai
Working Days: 5 Days (Rotational Shifts)
CTC: ₹2,00,000 to ₹5,00,000 per annum
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service and support through various channels (calls, emails, chats).

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly, accurately, and professionally.

  • Resolve customer complaints, inquiries, and issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Process customer requests and guide them through product or service troubleshooting.

  • Work closely with other teams (sales, technical, etc.) to provide effective solutions.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services.

  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and proper documentation of customer interactions.

  • Meet or exceed KPIs and performance metrics consistently.

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any stream (Freshers or with prior customer service experience).

  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) in English and Hindi.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging customer situations.

  • Ability to adapt to rotational shifts (including weekends and holidays).

  • Team player with a positive attitude.

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office Suite.

Shift Details:

  • Working Days: 5 days working (rotational shifts, including weekends).

  • Shift Timings: Rotational, may include early, mid, and night shifts.
