Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Domestic Voice Process

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our customer support team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with their queries, provide resolutions, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

• Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.

• Accurately document customer interactions, feedback, and complaints.

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.

• Follow company guidelines and maintain quality standards in customer interactions.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and service level agreements (SLAs).

• Adhere to the assigned work schedule and be flexible with shifts.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.

• Experience: 0-2 years of experience in a domestic voice process or customer service. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.

• Language Skills: Proficiency in [English, Hindi, and/or regional language].

• Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.

• Soft Skills: Good communication, active listening, problem-solving, and patience.
