Customer Care Executive

• Conduct Inbound and Outbound calls to potential customers using provided leads.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the lead generation and sales.

• Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, feedbacks and queries.

• Assist in On-boarding new clients and guiding the through service offerings.

• Communicating courteously with customer by telephone, mails, etc.

• Identifying potential customers through networking and cold calling.
