    Role Description

    As a Fraud Prevention Investigator, you will be responsible for identifying, investigating, and eliminating online e-commerce risks. This role includes conducting manual checks, performing investigations and developing strategies to detect, prevent, and mitigate fraud. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in
    e-commerce and a customer-centric approach, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Conduct manual checks and investigations to authenticate complex transactions and prevent fraudulent activities.
    2. Identify and investigate fraud across buyer platform including logistics, warehouse, and seller.
    3. Monitor systems and processes to flag suspicious activities in real time and mitigate risks proactively.
    4. Address fraud-related queries and concerns from customers, providing clear and accurate information.
    5. Contribute to the development of fraud prevention strategies, measures, and policies, improving the overall efficiency of the department.
    6. Meet performance standards and goals related to productivity, quality assurance and efficiency.

    Qualifications:

    1. Graduate in any discipline.
    2. Strong written and verbal communication skills
    3. Ability to work in a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, and adapt to rotational shifts as required by business needs.
    4.Technical Proficiency knowledge of Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization tools.
    5.CRM Expertise: Familiarity with customer-facing CRM platforms and processes.
    6. Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and transform insights into actionable recommendations.
    7. Communication: Strong command of English for effective written and verbal communication. 8.Attention to Detail: Meticulous in managing data and creating reports with high accuracy.
