Customer Care Executive

We are seeking a motivated and professional Customer Support to join our team . In Pune at our Shivaji Nagar location. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Insurance . The role offers 25000 for experienced candidate and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.

• Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

• Provide timely and relevant information to customers to resolve their issues.

• Work collaboratively with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

• Meet performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have Customer Support years of experience in customer service or a tele caller role and should be proficient in English , Hindi and Marathi You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. This position requires 12th or graduate , and the candidate should be willing to work 6 days during the General shift.
