Customer Care Officer

We are seeking a motivated and professional [Customer Service Representative ] to join our team for [Sutherland] in [Airoli] at our [Navi Mumbai] location. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to [Ott and ICM process]. The role offers [18k to 28k + incentives] and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth and Training is provided for the same.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.

• Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

• Provide timely and relevant information to customers to resolve their issues.

• Work collaboratively with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

• Meet performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have [0-6] years of experience in customer service or a telecaller role and should be proficient in [communication skills]. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. This position requires [HSC\Graduation], and the candidate should be willing to work [6 days] during the [Rotational Night shift] shift.
