We are seeking a motivated and professional Customer Care Representative to join our team for Arise Solution in Vadodara at our GIDC Industrial area location. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Banking. Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. This position requires Graduate, and the candidate should be willing to work 6 days working during the Day shift.
