Customer Care Representative

Engineering Services International (ESI) is an Indian company providing engineering services across India, with a vision to expand globally. Headquartered in Cochin, Kerala, ESI operates multiple worksites across India, including locations in Karnataka, Bangalore, Odisha, and Jamshedpur.

We are currently working on building the Roboseum at Gujarat Science City, Ahmedabad—the world's largest robot-themed science center! This project aims to establish a strong presence in humanoid autonomous and manual robots, as well as automation design, solutions, and services. The initiative involves the coordinated control of multiple mobile robots, industrial robots, autonomous vehicles, and a fully automated robot café, where robot chefs and waiters will serve hundreds of guests daily.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Manage walk-in visitors.

2. Conduct guided tours for visitors (minimum of five tours per day).

3. Oversee crowd management.

4. Coordinate with the technical team.

5. Provide administrative support.

6. Handle reception and help desk responsibilities.

7. Liaise with Gujarat Science City authorities.

Working Days: 6 days per week
(Saturdays and Sundays are working days; one weekly off between Monday and Friday)
