We are seeking a motivated and professional Customer Care Representative to join our team for Shree Umiya F Tech Machines in Ahmedabad at our CTM location. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to B2B Sales. The role offers ₹12000 - ₹18000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.
