Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction through efficient communication, problem-solving, and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person promptly and professionally.

• Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

• Update customer records in the system and document all conversations.

• Work closely with other departments (e.g., Sales, Technical Support, Logistics) to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

• Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.

• Handle escalated customer concerns with patience and tact.

• Achieve customer satisfaction and performance metrics (e.g., response time, resolution time).
