Conducting morning meeting with Sales & CRM team for daily activities Oversee daily customer care operations to ensure high service standards. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and efficiency. Lead and mentor the customer service team to improve communication and service quality. Implement customer retention strategies to enhance loyalty and satisfaction. Coordinate with sales, service, and finance teams for smooth issue resolution. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to suggest service improvements. Ensure compliance with customer service policies and dealership guidelines. Develop and manage post-sales follow-ups to maintain long-term customer relationships. Organize customer engagement programs to enhance showroom experience. Manage and optimize CRM tools for tracking customer interactions and service records. Train staff on Hyundai’s customer service best practices and complaint resolution. Maintain and update customer service reports and performance metrics
