Job Description

Inform customers about product & services
Handle inbound & outbound calls
Understand customer's need & solve queries

Onboarding Process:
• Coordinate and manage the entire onboarding process for new clients.
• Conduct detailed needs assessments to understand client-specific requirements.
• Develop and execute customized onboarding plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Provide clear and concise communication throughout the onboarding process.
• Ensure timely completion of all onboarding tasks and milestones.

Training and Support:

•Deliver comprehensive training sessions on our platform's features, functionalities, and best practices.
•Create and maintain up-to-date training materials, including user guides, tutorials, and FAQs.
•Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to clients.
•Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.

Data Migration and Integration:

•Assist clients with data migration and integration processes.
•Ensure data accuracy and integrity during the migration process.
•Work closely with technical teams to resolve any integration challenges.
