Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in excel in an organized manner and presenting reports to Manager weekly.

Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Interpersonal Skills required-Proactive , Self-driven, Self-Lerner, team player, ready to work in dynamic and challenging environment.Result oriented & willing to contribute and add value.
