The Zoho CRM & Operations Coordinator will manage and streamline various tasks within Zoho CRM, ensuring smooth operations across sales, marketing, customer engagement, and data management. Key responsibilities include
Email Template Creation: Develop and manage email templates for shows, jewellery collections, and company profiles, integrating content from relevant stakeholders.
Data Entry: Input and maintain B2B and B2C data (visiting cards, sale bills, feedback forms) for domestic and international customers in Zoho CRM.
Customer Engagement: Handle monthly birthday and anniversary calls or WhatsApp messages, confirm customer availability, and arrange for gifts like cakes.
WhatsApp Bot Management: Create templates and broadcast messages to customers for engagement.
Diary Work: Handle diary distribution, including data collection, verification, and label creation for both B2B and B2C customers.
