Job description:
Key Responsibilities of CRM Executive Customer Engagement & Follow-ups
Take over customer interactions immediately after the sales presentation and site visit.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries, updates, and support.
Regularly follow up with potential customers to address their queries and keep them informed.
Documentation & Communication
Assist customers with completing necessary paperwork, including booking forms, agreements, and payment plans.
Ensure clear and consistent communication regarding project timelines, progress updates, and other customer-related milestones.
Relationship Management
Develop strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive experience throughout their journey with Meraki Habitats.
Proactively resolve customer concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
CRM System Management
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Track customer feedback and provide insights to the sales and project teams for continuous improvement.
Payment Coordination
Coordinate with customers regarding payment schedules and ensure timely reminders for dues.
Work with the accounts team to address any payment-related queries or discrepancies.
Post-Sales Support
Provide assistance to customers regarding project handovers, customizations, and other services.
Organize and manage periodic customer engagement activities to enhance brand loyalty.
