Job Requirements:

We are seeking candidates with 0-1 years of experience in customer service or have experienced about Hotel Industry, who are proficient in Hindi or English. The role involves resolving customer complaints, Taking Feedback, Connectivity with customer, Asking for payments and providing the right information, and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. A 12th Pass is required, and candidates must be open to working 6 days working during the Day shift.
