Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive who is fluent in Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, addressing their queries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate effectively with customers in Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, and English.

Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat support.

Address customer queries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.

Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers.

Provide information about products/services and guide customers in their decision-making.

Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is maintained.

Coordinate with internal teams to address customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.

Stay updated with company policies, products, and services.

Requirements:

Fluency in Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada is mandatory.

Good communication skills in English (verbal and written).

Minimum [6months-1 year] years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.

Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle customer complaints with patience and professionalism.

Basic knowledge of CRM tools and customer support software is a plus.

A proactive and customer-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Prior experience in a call center, customer support, or relationship management role.
