Manage end-to-end CRM activities related to channel partners including lead registration, updates, and feedback loops.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners, addressing their queries, concerns, and operational requirements.
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure timely documentation, payments, and commission disbursement.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of partner interactions, deals, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Track and monitor channel partner performance and prepare regular reports and insights for management.
Ensure timely communication of project launches, inventory updates, and pricing changes to the partner network.
Support in organizing channel partner events, training programs, and engagement initiatives.
Identify and escalate any issues that may impact partner satisfaction or delay deal closures.
Contribute to process improvements to enhance the overall partner experience and CRM efficiency.
