Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Experience Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns, ensuring prompt and positive responses to foster customer loyalty.​grabjobs.co+5Shine+5Shine+5

Qualifications:
