· CRM Administration & Maintenance:
Manage user access, data integrity, and system configurations within the CRM platform, ensuring data accuracy and security.

Input and update customer information, service records, and related data within the CRM system.
· User Support & Training:
Provide training and support to showroom staff on utilizing the CRM system effectively, including data entry and reporting.
· Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze customer data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in service and sales.
· Customer Segmentation & Targeting:
Assist in segmenting the customer base to target specific marketing and service initiatives.
· Process Improvement:
Identify and implement CRM workflows and automation to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and improve service delivery.
· Collaboration & Communication:
Work with sales, service, and marketing teams to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience.
· Troubleshooting & Resolution:
Identify and resolve technical issues within the CRM system, providing technical support as needed.
· Reporting & Analytics:
Generate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor customer service performance.
· Integration:
Collaborate with IT and third-party vendors to integrate CRM with other systems, such as point-of-sale and inventory management.
