Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to manage customer interactions, ensure seamless coordination for A.C. services, and handle renewals of annual maintenance contracts (AMC). The role also involves overseeing backend operations of the company showroom and ensuring excellent customer service to build lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with existing customers for A.C. service appointments and AMC renewals.

Maintain service schedules and ensure timely follow-ups.

Handle backend operations of the company showroom efficiently.

Address customer queries and provide solutions to enhance service satisfaction.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships for long-term engagement.

Requirements:

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Experience in customer service or operations preferred.

Ability to multitask and manage backend operations.
