We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to manage customer interactions, ensure seamless coordination for A.C. services, and handle renewals of annual maintenance contracts (AMC). The role also involves overseeing backend operations of the company showroom and ensuring excellent customer service to build lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with existing customers for A.C. service appointments and AMC renewals.

Handle backend operations of the company showroom efficiently.
