• Assist clients with documentation related to booking, agreements, and payments.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with client information and interactions.
Client Communication and Feedback:
• Provide regular project updates, payment schedules, and other relevant information to clients.
• Gather client feedback to identify areas for improvement in the customer experience.
• Ensure post-sales engagement to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty.
Coordination with Internal Teams:
• Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer service.
• Coordinate with legal and finance departments to facilitate documentation and payment processes.
Reporting and Analysis:
• Generate and analyze CRM reports to assess customer satisfaction and sales performance.
• Provide insights and suggestions for improving customer engagement and retention.
