  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Sales, Technical Support) to resolve complex customer concerns or issues.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by offering appropriate solutions and following up when necessary.

  • Stay updated on product features, company policies, and industry trends to provide informed support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.

  • Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for providing excellent service.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

  • Proficiency in using customer support software and tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) and MS Office Suite.

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus.
