We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Support Executive| Lead Generation to become a valuable part of our team for Alt M Digital Private Limited based in Noida, located at Sector 3 Noida. The role offers ₹15000 - ₹28000 and involves managing Outbound customer calls, delivering outstanding customer service related to lead generation.

Job Requirements:

• Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads

assigned.

• Understanding the customer requirements and suggesting the right project to the Customers.

• Coordinating with the marketing team and maintain the lead flow.

• Excellent oral & written communication skills

candidates must be open to working Saturday - WFH during the Day shift.
