Graduation Mandatory
Atleast 8 to 9 months Experience Mandatory
16.5k inhand + 2000 PLI, 400 per day training amount for 40 to 45 days

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about products or services.
Accurately enter customer information, transactions, and interactions into the database or CRM system.
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for further assistance.
Follow predefined scripts and guidelines to maintain consistency and quality in customer interactions.
Meet or exceed performance targets such as call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.
Actively participate in training sessions and coaching programs to enhance product knowledge, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
Job Requirements:
Additional certifications or coursework in customer service, communication, or related fields are a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficiency in additional languages may be preferred depending on the target customer base.
Basic computer skills including familiarity with MS Office applications and CRM software.
Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping people and resolving issues effectively.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and procedures.
