Designation: Accounts Voice Process Executive. About Process: To provide voice support to entire corporate sector on Tally ERP, GST & TDS. Languages: English & Hindi (mandatory) Candidates: Freshers only Education : Accounts & Finance Graduation Skills : Candidate should be familiar and have a basic knowledge of GST and TDS Provisions & Good Communication Skills Salary : During Training period: 10500/- PM (Stipend). Training Duration – 30 days. After 30 days Training Gross Salary With PF : 17250/- Take Home12606/- Without PF : 16950/- Take Home 15599/- From 7th month to 12 Month Gross Salary With PF 19550/- Take Home 14323 Without PF 19000/- Take Home 17524/- After 1-year salary hike. Gross Salary With PF 25000/- Take Home 19561/- Without PF 25000/- Take Home 23291/- Bonus and Incentives Executive is eligible for attendance bonus of 8K (2K a month) for every 4 months in a year. Executive is eligible for Rs 1000 / 750 /500 per a month as a quality incentive. Shift: Rotational Day Shift. Shifts starting from 9:00am to 7:30pm (girls) and 10:30am to 9:30pm (boys) 9 hours working including 1hr break. Work Mode: Work from Office Cabs : No Working days: Rotational week off (No Fixed Week-off) Notice period: Immediate joiners only.
