Job Description

  • Inform customers about product & services
  • Handle inbound & outbound calls
  • Understand customer's need & solve queries
  • Visit customers and keep accurate records
  • Explain product features and benefits
  • Achieve sales targets and build customer relationships
  • Generate leads and negotiate deals
Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year in tele calling, customer support, or collections.
Education: HSC or Graduate.
Freshers: Fresher’s with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply!
Age Limit: 20-35 years.
