0-6 months → Up to ₹3.6 LPA
6-18 months (U1) → Up to ₹4.2 LPA
18+ months (U2) → Up to ₹4.8 LPA (No retention bonus)

Job Role:
As a Customer Support Associate, you'll handle live chats to assist customers with billing, rate plans, activations, troubleshooting, and complaints. Your goal? Turn a moment of truth into a moment of delight! ✨
