Job Title: Telecaller – Real Estate

Location: Mansarovar

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, explaining property offerings, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make cold calls to potential clients from the database.

• Explain real estate projects, offers, and benefits to clients in a clear and professional manner.

• Pitch properties as per client needs and handle basic queries.

• Maintain a record of calls, leads, follow-ups, and client interactions in Excel or CRM software.

• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.

• Follow up with clients regularly to generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.

• Provide feedback to the sales and marketing team on call outcomes and client behavior.

Requirements:

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Basic knowledge of real estate or willingness to learn.

• Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).

• Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.

• Positive attitude, confidence, and target-oriented approach.
