Inform customers about product & services
Handle inbound & outbound calls
Understand customer's need & solve queries

CRM (Customer service Email + Chat + voice process)

Min 1 year of experience into customer service Is required + good English communication.

This is (80% telecalling voice process, 10% email process , 10% chat process) so experience in chat as well as voice process is must.

Salary - Max 25k in hand - depends on the last drawn salary.
