Role & responsibilities :

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally via email.
Handle customer complaints, feedback, and concerns with empathy and a customer-centric approach.
Provide accurate and complete information to customers regarding products, services, and policies.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments and follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution.
Maintain customer records and interactions in a CRM system.
Collaborate with other departments, including sales and operations, to provide seamless customer service.
Monitor customer satisfaction levels and proactively address any issues to ensure customer retention.
Continuously update knowledge of products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.


Preferred candidate profile:

Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
Proven experience in customer service or support, with a strong preference for experience in email communication.
Excellent written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
Empathy and a customer-centric mindset.
Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Must be a resident of Mumbai.
