✅ Candidate Eligibility:

• Freshers and Experienced (0–4 years) candidates are welcome.

• Good communication skills are mandatory.

• Any Graduate (Minimum 15 years of education required).

• Should be target-driven and comfortable with outbound calling roles (collections/support).

🛠️ Role & Responsibilities:

• Making outbound calls to existing customers.

• Discussing and following up on pending payments or related support matters.

• Building good rapport with customers and ensuring effective communication.

💼 Skills Required:

• Excellent communication skills

• Target-oriented approach

• Comfortable communicating in English and Tamil(Knowledge of any one regional language is preferred)

💰 Salary Details:

• Gross Salary: ₹16,300 CTC + Attractive Incentives based on performance.

🕒 Work Timings & Other Details:

• Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

• Week Off: 1 rotational off

• Immediate Joining Preferred

📍 Job Location:

• Multiple companies and office locations across Chennai (exact location will be shared during the interview process).
