Job Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive in the Export-Import department. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and process export/import documentation, including bills of lading, shipping invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and customs declarations. Ensure all paperwork is complete and complies with international trade regulations.Maintain updated knowledge of export-import documentation and tariffs.Maintain accurate records of all import and export transactions and documentation.Enter transaction data into internal systems and ensure it’s up to date for tracking and reporting purposes.Qualifications & Skills:Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) .Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
