Key Responsibilities:

Follow up with customers for overdue payments via calls, emails, and visits.

Effectively communicate in Gujarati to address payment-related concerns and queries.

Negotiate payment terms and settlements with customers while maintaining professionalism.

Record and update payment status in the system accurately.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve disputes or escalations.

Ensure timely collections and achieve monthly targets.


Qualifications:

Proficiency in Gujarati language (mandatory).

Minimum qualification: 12th standard or higher.

Prior experience in collections or related fields (preferred, but not mandatory).
