Job Title: Customer Support Associate – International Voice Process

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our International Voice Process team. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our international customers, providing them with timely, accurate, and professional support via phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound international customer calls efficiently and professionally.

• Resolve customer queries, issues, and complaints with a focus on first-call resolution.

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

• Update customer records accurately in the system after each interaction.

• Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments and follow up as necessary.

• Meet performance targets such as call quality, average handling time, and customer satisfaction scores.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

• Prior experience in international voice process or BPO environment is preferred.

• Ability to work in night shifts or rotational shifts.

• Good problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude.

• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

• Minimum educational qualification: HSC (12th pass) or Graduation.
