We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive with prior experience in Domestic or International calling. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer issues efficiently, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Handle customer queries via phone (inbound and outbound calls).
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Resolve customer complaints within agreed timeframes and follow up to ensure resolution.
Maintain customer records by updating account information.
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Adhere to communication scripts and standard procedures.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Provide feedback on customer service processes and suggest improvements.
Experience: 6 months to 3 years in a customer support role (Domestic or International calling).
Education: High School Diploma / Graduate.
Language Proficiency:
Domestic: Fluency in regional languages and/or Hindi & English.
International: Excellent command of English (spoken & written).
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure.
Problem-solving attitude.
Familiarity with CRM systems and call center equipment is a plus.
Availability for shift work (especially for international processes, night shifts may be required).
Prior experience in BPO/KPO industry.
Familiarity with voice process protocols.
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
