Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Domestic Voice Process

Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive for our Domestic Voice Process team to handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently over phone calls. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Language] and a customer-centric attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming/outgoing customer calls for queries, complaints, and support.

• Provide accurate information about products/services.

• Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or team leader.

• Maintain call records and update CRM or system tools as required.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets and service level agreements (SLAs).

• Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies.

Requirements:

• Education: Only graduate can apply.

• Experience: 6 months – 2 years (Freshers welcome).

• Languages: Proficiency in English, Hindi

• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

• Good listening and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a team and handle pressure.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in a BPO or call center (voice process).

• Multilingual ability is a plus.

• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
