Position: IT Help Desk / Vendor Management Executive Location: Wagle Estate, Thane

Your Key Responsibilities:

🌟 Client & Vendor Interaction:

 Be the first point of contact for our clients – answering calls, replying to emails, and resolving issues like an expert.

 Ensure smooth sailing by staying in constant touch with clients, vendors, engineers and team.

⚙️ Tech Coordination & SLA Mastery:

 Own the ticketing system and keep SLAs under control – no problem is too big!

 Work hand-in-hand with field teams and vendors to solve technical hiccups at lightning speed.

 Ensure engineers are properly certified and meet client-specific requirements.

 Track vendor performance – we’re all about building lasting relationships, so stay on top of charges, certifications, and availability.

What We’re Looking For – The Right Fit:

🔥 Tech-Savvy Problem Solver

 Fresher/ at least 6months of experience in any filed.

 Comfortable navigating ticketing systems and managing day-to-day IT operations.

🗣️ Effective Communicator

 Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
