Position: IT Help Desk / Vendor Management Executive Location: Wagle Estate, Thane

We're on the hunt for a dynamic IT Help Desk / Vendor Management Executive who can juggle customer service excellence with vendor management and technical coordination like a pro.
Your Key Responsibilities:
🌟 Client & Vendor Interaction:
Be the first point of contact for our clients – answering calls, replying to emails, and resolving issues like an expert.
Ensure smooth sailing by staying in constant touch with clients, vendors, engineers and team.
⚙️ Tech Coordination & SLA Mastery:
Own the ticketing system and keep SLAs under control – no problem is too big!
Work hand-in-hand with field teams and vendors to solve technical hiccups at lightning speed.
Ensure engineers are properly certified and meet client-specific requirements.
Track vendor performance – we’re all about building lasting relationships, so stay on top of charges, certifications, and availability.
What We’re Looking For – The Right Fit:
🔥 Tech-Savvy Problem Solver
Fresher/ at least 6months of experience in any filed.
Comfortable navigating ticketing systems and managing day-to-day IT operations.
🗣️ Effective Communicator
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
