Key Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls related to e-commerce processes, providing assistance to customers in both English and Hindi.
- Addressing customer queries regarding product information, order status, shipping, and returns.
- Resolving customer complaints and providing effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Managing customer interactions with a focus on first-call resolution.
- Assisting customers with technical issues related to their online orders or accounts.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the best customer experience.
- Following company policies and procedures to ensure service excellence.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Graduate in any field.
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in voice-based customer service (mandatory).
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Hindi
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries and complaints effectively.
- Basic technical knowledge related to e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- Multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
