Job Title: Customer Support - Banking Process (Fresher)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound customer queries through phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding banking services, account issues, and financial products.
- Provide accurate, valid, and clear information to customers, addressing their concerns with empathy.
- Ensure follow-ups to guarantee customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to meet customer service targets and quality standards.
- Ensure adherence to process guidelines, compliance regulations, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Handle customer complaints, offer suitable solutions, and ensure complete follow-up for resolution.
Qualifications:
- Fresher with a keen interest in customer service and the banking sector.
- Basic understanding of banking products and services is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and local languages (Hindi, Kannada, etc. will be an advantage).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Flexible and adaptable to working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline.
- No prior customer support or banking experience required.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore, India.
