Customer Support Executive (Fresher)

Location: Kudlu Gate, Bangalore
Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹23,000 per month
Qualification: Minimum PUC (12th Grade)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and efficient manner.

• Provide accurate information and solutions to customers regarding products/services.

• Assist in troubleshooting basic issues and escalate unresolved issues to senior staff.

• Maintain customer satisfaction by providing high-quality service.

• Process customer requests and update necessary data in the system.

• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Work closely with other teams to ensure seamless customer experience.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Educational Qualification: Minimum PUC (12th Grade) completed.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Additional languages are a plus).

• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/Internet.

• Ability to handle customer complaints and queries with patience.

• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and quick to learn.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience in customer support is a plus, but not mandatory.
