Job Description

Preparing CDM (CPA database) based on sales Recorded.  

Issued and maintain the Guarantee card records.  

Imposing the end user information in CPA data through a Guarantee card.  

provide updates and training on the Mobile app for Dealers & Distributors  .  

prepared a monitoring survey.  

Collecting the feedback for active users and preparing the SWH usage details as per the parameters  Maintaining all documents as per visiting client requirements.  

Submting CPA database and monitoring survey as per parameters to Client.

·         Reception and Front Desk Management:

·         Greet visitors, answer incoming calls, and direct inquiries to appropriate personnel.

  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

  • Petrol Conveyance updating

  • Attendance check   

  • Identity Card Issue coordination with Vendors

  • Stationary items distributing taken from Nagaraj

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

  • Handle scheduling of appointments and meetings.

·         Provide administrative support to various departments, including HR, finance, and operations. (CDM DATA ENTRY, UPLOADING GURANTY CARD,cwc Data updation )

  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents as required.

  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.

  • Record Keeping and Data Management:

  • Housekeeping checklist

  • Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and repairs.

  • Assist in organizing office events and meetings.

  • Visitor and Vendor Coordination:

  • Liaise with vendors and service providers, ensuring timely delivery of services.

  • Perform other administrative duties and tasks as assigned by the management.

  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding administrative issues.

  • Courier management

  • Filing papers, bills important documents
