  • Inform customers about product & services
  • Convert leads, build client relationship and sell products/services
  • Explain the customers about the products, its features and benefits
  • Handle inbound & outbound calls
  • Understand customer's need & solve queries
Provide customer support over the phone for users of our mobile application.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to the application.
Provide clear, step-by-step instructions to resolve user problems.
Assist in the installation and setup of the mobile application on retailers' devices.
Identify and escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support when necessary.
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of reported issues.
