• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with
customers.
• Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a positive
customer experience.
• Quickly learn and adapt to new processes and systems.
• Exhibit strong critical thinking skills to understand customer queries and provide accurate
resolutions.
• Maintain proficiency in computer applications and achieve an average typing speed of 30
WPM.
• Leverage at least 6 months of experience in customer service to effectively address
