Designation: Service Coordinator

Salary: Upto 25K pm

Working Days & Time: Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturday off) time 8:30am to 5:30am

Location: Vasai East Dhumal Nagar (Pickup and Drop From Vasai Station to Office)

Experience: Proven experience in a call Centre or customer service environment.

Job Description

•Should have Fluent in English

•Answer inbound and outbound service calls professionally and courteously.

•Assess customer needs and provide accurate information or route calls appropriately.

•Log service requests, complaints, or inquiries into the system with detailed notes.

•Schedule and coordinate service appointments and follow-ups.

•Liaise between customers, field service technicians, and internal departments to ensure timely service delivery.
